When alchemy strikes, and two seemingly familiar things collide to provide an unexpected splash of woomph, there’s usually a lot of high-fiving involved. This was certainly the case with this one.

Another new flavour for us — this one inspired by the classical eastern tea.

The praline is spicy, but it is not hot.

Another new flavour. This one is the most royal of the crop— soft, refined, with pedigree.

The Queen King would love it.

Тhis is a flavour which is quite self-explanatory, yet its taste is somehow difficult to explain.

As they say: onwards, upwards, anywhere but backwards.

Hardly anything is mightier than the almighty walnut tree. Our task with this new flavour was to answer ourselves if a praline can bring solace.

Turns out dilemmas one has in the shower can be useful after all.

Did you know, that a pig in Bulgaria makes “gruh-gruh”, yet in the US makes “oink-oink”?

Anyhow and any-who, we all make “mmm—mmm” with this new, daring, and quite honestly, disarming flavour.

A new flavour, inspired by the typical breakfast of the Rhodope. We’re kidding, the booklet is ours, we’re allowed to.

A sweet explosion with a hint of bright future.

All of Brazil except for the samba, the De Janeiro and the Coelho.

Rather, the Brazil of Jorge Amadu — filled with the never-ending  wonder of the seemingly ordinary.

GARLIC

Keep the best for last, they say, and so we did. A new flavour, which we have been refining for years.

A wholesome but restrained, refined and delicate garlic flavour sneaks in a box of chocolates — oh, the times we live in.

ALMONDS

Yes, we’re only using real nuts,
which allows us to play with textures. We have mixed our fine paste with thinly chopped almonds to achieve
a playful combination. All wrapped up in milk chocolate.

Decadence personified. Some people say this is a female favourite but we don’t gender-judge, you are allowed to like what you like.

 

Soft-red exterior achieved by using radish, blackcurrant and apple.

Daria’s favourite. A Madagascar-vanilla-infused white chocolate, wrapped in very dark chocolate.

Deep-space black exterior achieved by natural plant charcoal.

А mix of our fine paste with thinly chopped nuts bathed in caramelised chocolate.

Hazelnut paste hazelnut crocánt and caramelised white chocolate make this otherwise familiar taste into something worth writing home.

Bold, risk-taking and sparkly.
Intensely sour but finely balanced.

Rich-orange exterior achieved by using saffron.

RASPBERRY
&ROSE

It is sweet, it is sour, it is Bulgarian, it is very international.

 

Bright-pink exterior achieved by using red beets.

CASHEW

One of the sweetest pralines Pavel and Daria do, mainly due to the rich milk chocolate they use for this one.

The cashew dances and caresses a bit of gianduja while angels hit high notes.

ROSE
GERANIUM

This one is weird.  The good kind of weird. This is Pavel’s new signature — this flavour says I am happy where I am.

 

Dark-green exterior achieved by using green spirulina.

PISTACHIO

100% Iranian pistachio paste aided by a texture of crumbed biscuits simply is like nowhere we know of.

 

Boxy exterior to provide a canvas for artistic flair.

DOUBLE
APRICOT

Apricot jelly is only half of the story here. The other is a paste of apricot pits. The third half is milk chocolate. Magic.

YUZU

This is one Pavel’s signature flavours. 
Pronounced citrus, dark caramel and milk chocolate all in one.

Pecan paste wrapped in caramelised milk chocolate. Hold in your mouth to produce a bubbly sensation.
